Best andouille ever!! Was devastated when our local grocery store was bought out and new owners no longer carried Logan’s sausages. Please don’t ever shut down your on line ordering. We use this andouille in many recipes from a chicken and andouille jambalaya to our Cajun-style shrimp and andouille potstickers. In fact, gotta order more. Thanks for producing such great products.

I make Cajun red bean and sausage soup, which has both fresh and smoked andouille sausage in it. Since I can get both types of sausage from Logan’s, it makes this soup favorite easy to prepare and keep in my freezer all winter. Both types are of excellent quality and during this time of Covid-19, it is great to be able to order the sausages online and have them delivered to my doorstep without even going to the store.
So Yummy & perfect. Wish I could just buy Logans Andoulle at the store. I'd get it all the time instead of paying so much to occasionally mail order it. Ate some on its own, made my special dirty rice with the rest.
