I was born in 1963 at the old Maryland General Hospital which is now the University of Maryland's Medical Center at the Midtown Campus on Linden Avenue. In the early eighties, my ex-wife danced at the 2 O'clock Club. Wow, we're Going back some years, and back then, life wasn't always good, especially when you wound up in the Baltimore City Penitentiary for a time. Yes, those days were crazy and were not always good, but was good back then, was when you left the bar and you could smell those Polish Sausages cooking because Pollock Johnnies was right on the Baltimore Block and the whole block smelled of Polish Sausages and Chicken Frying in Peanut oil. Man, when I saw that I could buy some of these sausages and the works sauce, I jumped on it, and it brought back so many memories of those crazy days just biting into one. I swear they taste identical to those I ate back then, and I appreciate it.
