Shipping policy

Our sausages are made fresh and shipped frozen. 

Note: We produce fresh sausage every day.  As soon as you order, we will place sausage from THAT day's production in the freezer overnight and ship the next day.

In other words, if you place your order Monday, it will ship Tuesday and arrive Thursday at the latest.  

To be safe, it's best to place orders by TUESDAY to ensure they arrive by the weekend.

Fresh sausages will thaw overnight...so only place what you think you will consume in the next week or so in the refrigerator.  Keep the rest frozen!

Smoked sausages expire 75 days from production, so you are safe to keep them in the refrigerator and trust the "sell by" date on the packaging film.

Sausages will arrive still frozen or slightly thawed.

Rule of thumb; if they are cold you are gold!  Don't worry if they arrive less than frozen.
