I married into an Argentine family and have become obsessed with asado. I especially love Choripan. Every town in Argentina has Choripan it seems and I have tried a lot of it. I have found a few other chorizo's in the US, but none are as authentic as Logan's. A key to any good sandwich is the ingredients. For Choripan, it's simple. Great bread, home made chimichurri, and Logan's Argentine Chorizo grilled low and slow over charcoal. Rico!
