On July 23, 2025, I placed my first order with Logan's. I was instructed that if I signed-up to receive emails I would receive a 10% discount on my first order. I did sign-up to receive emails which I have been receiving. I never received the discount. I received progress emails on my order which was eventually delivered. I brought the failure of receiving the discount to Logan's. On July 23, 2025, I received a email response from Logan's stating "Thank you, your information will be reviewed and if necessary one of our representatives will be in contact with you shortly." To date I have not received an explanation. I also telephoned Logan's and was told someone would return my call. No one has called with an explanation. The only satisfying in this is the Pollack Johnny's Sausages. I highly recommend buying them!
