Logans Smoked Chorizo was my favorite Sausage. My new favorite is the Smoked Jalapeno Chorizo! I absolutely love this sausage!! The original Smoked Chorizo has a light smoke flavor and a little bit of heat to go along with it. These Smoked Jalapeno Chorizo have the same smoke flavor with a bit more Kick from the Jalapeno! What a great sausage. Microwave for 30 seconds and put on a Hotdog bun with Chili, Mustard and Onions and WOW. If you like a little spice you have to give these a try! I discovered Logans Sausage when Kroger in Roanoke Va carried them on a promotional try out I guess, because they only carried them for about a month and I have not seen them there since. I have had to resort to ordering online since they are not available anywhere near me now but that is OK, I would probably drive to Northern Virginia to pick them up if I had to. They ship them in a Styrofoam cooler with ice packs inside. Mine arrive still frozen solid! Just try them!
